Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On February 27, 2008, Tortoise Capital Resources Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fiscal year ended November 30, 2007.  A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.

On February 22, 2008, the Company announced that it would report its earnings results for the year ended November 30, 2007 on Wednesday, February 27, 2008 and that it would host a conference call at 10:30 a.m. CT on Thursday, February 28, 2008 to discuss its financial results.  A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.2 to this Form 8-K.
