Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

(b) CorEnergy Infrastructure Trust, Inc. (“CorEnergy” or the “Company”) announced that Ms. Kristin Leitze resigned from her position as Chief Accounting Officer of CorEnergy. The resignation will be effective June 4, 2021. Ms. Leitze’s resignation is not a result of any disagreement with the Company’s independent auditors or any member of management on any matter of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure or internal controls.

Current Chief Financial Officer, Robert Waldron, will assume the responsibilities of the Company’s principal accounting officer. Additional information concerning Mr. Waldron is incorporated herein by reference from the Company’s Current Report on Form 8-K, filed with the SEC on February 10, 2021.
