On May 11, 2007, Tortoise Capital Resources Corporation (the "Company")
announced the filing of a resale registration statement covering the resale by
selling holders of common stock and warrants issued in private placements prior
to the Company's initial public offering, as well as the common stock issuable
upon exercise of those warrants. A copy of the press release is attached as
Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
