CorEnergy Declares 2013 Second Quarter Dividend of $0.125 Per Share

LEAWOOD, Kan.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of CorEnergy Infrastructure Trust, Inc. (“CorEnergy”) (NYSE: CORR) today declared the Company’s second quarter 2013 dividend of $0.125 per share, consistent with last quarter. CorEnergy has also reiterated annualized dividend guidance for 2013 of no less than $0.50 per share. The second quarter dividend is payable on July 5, 2013 to shareholders of record on June 28, 2013.

The final tax character of this distribution cannot be determined prior to the Company’s fiscal year end.
