CorEnergy provides a Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP) allowing investors in the common stock to participate through direct purchase of shares and/or the reinvestment of dividends.

The reinvestment plan is available either through CorEnergy's transfer agent, Computershare Trust Company, Inc. or through shareholder accounts with participating brokerage firms.

There is no initial setup fee, minimum purchase, maximum purchase, or cash purchase fee for the DRIP program. The company pays dividend reinvestment fees on behalf of shareholders in the plan. Computershare charges fees for processing shareholders’ batch sales from the plan.

For more information, please visit the Computershare page on CorEnergy's DRIP program.
